  2. Include your user name and the email address associated with your Orienjo account in the email body.

  3. Specify any particular data or details you are concerned about.

Upon receiving your request, we will guide you through the process to ensure that your account and personal data are securely and efficiently deleted.


What happens to your data?


  • Personal Identifiable Information (PII): All PII will be deleted from our servers, ensuring your privacy and security.

  • Booking and Order Information: While your personal details will be removed, anonymised booking and order data may be retained for book-keeping purposes.


Please allow up to 30 days for the complete deletion of your account and associated data. This period allows us to ensure all data is thoroughly removed from our systems and backups.
